Bring your prompts
with you.
Move your prompt list and tags from Profound, Peec AI, Scrunch or a spreadsheet. Check every row before it’s saved, then run Trakkr beside your current tool for the 14-day trial.

Comes with you
Prompt text keeps its punctuation and line breaks inside CSV cells. Exact repeated rows combine. Topics become tags beside your other labels, and you review every row.
Paste competitor website domains during setup to replace the suggested list, or keep the suggestions. Existing brands review competitors in brand settings.

Stays in your export
Keep a copy before you cancel anything. Trakkr starts a fresh measurement history after activation.
Confirm markets, languages and personas separately. Imports do not change market or AI model settings: another tool’s locale label cannot reproduce its full setup.
Get the right export.
Use a prompt-level export, not a report: CSV, TSV or a pasted list, up to 2 MB. For a chat export, choose a short date range. There’s nothing to connect, so no logins or API keys.

Tracked prompts›Copy›Paste
Open Tracked prompts in your saved Brand Radar report. Copy your own prompt text and paste one prompt per line here, or use a prompt list you already keep in a spreadsheet. This preview doesn’t save to an account. Download your reviewed list, then upload it in setup. New brands support up to 50 prompts; existing brands can stage up to 500.
Check every row
before it’s saved.
Trakkr reads your file in the browser, maps the columns and shows exactly what it found. Nothing is saved until you confirm it in your account.
- 1
Set up the brand
Add the site you track. Agencies add one brand per client.
- 2
Bring your list
Choose Use existing prompts. Upload or paste, map columns, and untick what you don’t need. The confirmed list replaces suggested prompts.
- 3
Confirm the scope
Paste competitor websites, then check market and language. New setup supports 50 prompts; existing brands stage up to 500. Prompts above the active allowance stay off.

Start fresh tracking
Activate through the normal trial or paid setup. Your first report runs on saved prompts. A site preview is not an imported result.
Run both for 14 days.
Keep your current tool running through the trial and compare like for like: same prompts, same market, overlapping AI models. Scores won’t match exactly, as tools ask at different times.
Include reporting effort and the total cost of all your brands in the decision. Keep your exports before cancelling another service. You don’t need to cancel anything to import a list. Calculate your Trakkr plan

The questions switchers ask most. Anything else, get in touch.
No. Scores, rankings, answers and citations stay in your old export, so keep a copy. Trakkr starts a fresh measurement history after activation, using the prompts you bring. An earlier site preview is not an imported result.
