Settings
Settings holds personal controls and the shared controls for your team. The tabs you see depend on your plan, role, agency status, white-label access, and referral status.

If Trakkr cannot confirm your team or plan, it may hide a dependent tab and show a notice. Retry before treating a missing tab as a permissions change.
Profile
Account settings lets you change your first name. Email changes use a verification flow: enter and confirm the new address, then follow the email instructions. If your sign-in provider manages the address, the field explains that instead.
The Profile tab also includes:
- Submit feedback for bugs, requests, or comments.
- A weekly email setting for scores and rankings.
- Regional settings for your time zone and
MM/DD/YYYYorDD/MM/YYYYdates. Report schedules use this time zone. - A referral enrolment card if you have not joined the programme.
- Danger zone for permanent account deletion. You must type your account email to confirm.
Brands
The Brands tab is the team portfolio. Add a brand, edit its setup, change whether it is active, or duplicate it. Your ability to create or edit depends on your team role and brand access.
See Brands for the full guide.
Billing or Upgrade
Free accounts see Upgrade. Paid or paused accounts see Billing.
The tab shows the effective plan for the team, brand limit, included features, invoices, and subscription controls. Team members inherit the owner's plan. A member without billing permission sees the plan they inherit but cannot change payment or the subscription.
Owners can manage billing. Other members need an explicit billing grant. See Plans and billing.
Team
Use Team to create or manage the shared account, invite people, review pending invites, change roles, restrict access by brand, and delegate billing. Team access is available on paid plans, with the seat limit set by the current plan or contract.
See Teams for role and access details.
Agency
The Agency tab appears only when the team is marked as an agency and the account has Agency access. It is a launch point for the Agency workspace, white-label settings, and team controls. Portfolio work itself lives under Agency in the main sidebar.
White-Label
Eligible owners and admins can use this tab. Its own sections are:
- Branding: portal name, logo, favicon, accent colour, login headline, and login tagline.
- Clients: brand and group access, invites, activity, export access, password resets, and revocation.
- Features: what clients can see, client-facing feature names, and portal PDF/CSV export.
- Onboarding: welcome and method text.
- Footer: links and copyright text.
- Email: sender domain, name, reply address, DNS, preview, and test email.
- Logs: portal activity, filters, CSV export, and retention.
Custom domain setup starts from the banner at the top of this tab. See the White-Label Portal guide.
Custom
Paid accounts see Custom. Self-serve accounts can describe an agency or brand setup that needs custom structure, connections, access, or support. Managed accounts see the details that apply to their contract. This replaces the older Enterprise tab name, although an old ?tab=enterprise link still opens the same section.
Security
Security contains three controls:
- Password: set a new password of at least eight characters.
- Active sessions: see device, browser, operating system, rough location, and recent activity. If another session exists, you can sign out all other sessions.
- Team security: the team owner can require two-factor authentication for the whole team. Members who have not completed it get limited access until they do.
Developer
MCP is available on paid plans. Each person creates their own connect token, sees assistants connected with that token, and can remove one connection or regenerate the token. Regeneration disconnects that person's assistants, not their teammates' connections.
The setup guide covers hosted connections for ChatGPT and Claude and local connections for developer tools. A device code can also send you directly to this tab for approval.
The REST API key is available on Scale-equivalent access or an account with explicit API access. You can create, reveal, copy, or regenerate it. Regeneration stops integrations that use the old key.
Referral
The Referral tab appears after you join the programme. It shows your code, share link, and referral activity. Before you join, the enrolment action is on Profile.
