Almost everyone shows up to Settings looking for one specific thing: a billing change, a 2FA toggle, or a new API key. Almost everyone wastes a minute hunting through tabs to find it. This page is a map so you don't have to.

The sidebar has a tab for every category, and what you see depends on your plan and role: some tabs only appear once you're on Scale, others only show up if you've turned on agency mode. The table below is the fastest way to know where to click.

Profile

Account Settings

FieldDescription
First NameHow you appear to teammates. Auto-saves as you type.
Email AddressYour login email. Click "Change" to update via a verification flow.

Feedback

Click Submit Feedback to report bugs, request features, or share ideas.

Regional Settings

Expand "Regional Settings" to configure:

  • Timezone - Affects when weekly reports are sent and how timestamps display
  • Date Format - Choose between MM/DD/YYYY and DD/MM/YYYY

Danger Zone

Expand "Danger Zone" to access account deletion. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.

Warning
Account deletion is irreversible. All brands, prompts, research history, and settings will be permanently removed.

Brands

Your brand portfolio management center. See the dedicated Brands documentation for full details.

  • View all brands with visibility stats
  • Add new brands or import in bulk
  • Toggle brands active/inactive
  • Organize brands into groups
  • Edit brand settings (name, aliases, favicon, location, market)

Team

Manage your team. On Scale, you can create a team, invite members, assign roles (Owner / Admin / Viewer), and restrict brand access per member.

On Free and Growth, this tab shows an upgrade prompt.

Agency

Visible on Scale when agency mode is enabled. Provides:

  • Quick links to agency tools (client health, audit logs)
  • Team branding settings (agency name, logo)
  • Client management overview

Agency tools themselves live in the main sidebar under Agency.


White-Label

Visible on Scale when agency mode is enabled (or when white-label is active). Configure:

  • Custom domain - Host the client portal on your domain (e.g., ai.youragency.com)
  • Branding - Logo, colors, favicon, login page customization
  • Client settings - Welcome message, help links, methodology text

Billing

Shows your current plan and manages your subscription. See Billing & Plans for full details.

  • View your current plan and usage
  • Upgrade or downgrade plans
  • Manage add-ons (extra brands, prompts, articles)
  • Access Stripe portal for payment and invoice management

For Free users, this tab is labeled Upgrade and shows plan options.


Enterprise

Visible to paid users. Request custom enterprise features:

  • Custom brand and prompt limits
  • SSO (SAML, OIDC)
  • Dedicated success manager
  • SLA guarantees
  • Invoice billing

Security

Password

Click to change your password. Minimum 8 characters.

Two-Factor Authentication

Team owners can require 2FA for all team members. When enabled, every team member must set up an authenticator app before accessing the account.

Note
This is a team-wide setting controlled by the owner, not individual 2FA.

Active Sessions

View all devices where you're currently logged in:

  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Browser and approximate location
  • Last activity time

Sign Out Everywhere

Invalidate all sessions except your current one. Useful if you suspect unauthorized access or logged in on a shared computer.


Developer

API access and AI assistant integrations. The MCP server is available on every paid plan (Growth and Scale). The REST API key requires the Scale plan (or the beta API access flag).

API Key

Generate and manage your REST API key (sk_live_...), available on the Scale plan. You can:

  • Generate a new key
  • Show/hide the key value
  • Copy to clipboard
  • Regenerate (invalidates the current key immediately)
Warning
Keep your API key secure. Do not share it publicly or commit it to version control. Regenerating invalidates the old key - any applications using it will stop working.

MCP Server

Connect Trakkr to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, and other AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol. Available on every paid plan. ChatGPT and Claude use the hosted connector at https://api.trakkr.ai/mcp; local developer tools connect through the trakkr-mcp package.

For hosted connectors, Trakkr shows an authorization page where you paste your MCP connect token. The AI assistant receives short-lived connector tokens, not the raw value. Trakkr stores redacted MCP activity logs: tool names, timing, status, and safe argument/result summaries for security, support, and product improvement. We do not store your full assistant conversation. You can revoke access at any time from this page.

Referral

Visible if you've joined the referral program. Shows your referral code, share link, and referral tracking stats.

Press ? for keyboard shortcuts
