Compare
If you manage one brand, this page isn't for you. If you manage twenty, you probably live on it.
Compare is a view on Agency home, not a separate page. The old /agency/compare address redirects there.
Agency home has three views: Overview, Compare, and Needs attention. They use the same portfolio data and search field. The switch changes the table's emphasis without sending you to a different workspace.
Status is the column that does the work
Every row carries a computed status pulse: At Risk, Watch, New, Improving, Healthy, or Paused. At Risk and Watch are the two you usually react to first. The default sort puts the urgent rows at the top.
That is the page's biggest insight. You are not reading 20 dashboards in 20 tabs; you are reading 20 status chips on one screen. Visibility, trend sparkline, rank, prompt count, citations, and model winners support the status.
The status is computed from the brand's recent visibility trend and report coverage. A brand needs completed reports before it gets a meaningful status. Until then it stays New. A paused brand keeps its row and history.
The three Agency home views
Overview is the default. It keeps a compact set of columns: client, status, visibility, trend, and next Action. Select a row to make that client the active brand and open its Dashboard.
Compare expands the portfolio measures and enables row selection. Select two to four clients and the side-by-side panel opens above the table. Select a row itself to open the client drawer, with links to Dashboard, Prompts, and Citations.
Needs attention narrows the same table to At Risk, Watch, New, missing-report, or risk-marked clients. Use it for triage, then move to Compare when you need context from healthier peers.
Compare mode: show the client
Open Compare, then select two to four brands with the row checkboxes. The side-by-side panel expands above the table with each brand as a column.
This is the right tool for "show me Nike, Adidas, and Hoka next to each other" conversations. Two gives a clean pair. Four is the limit.
The Compare table includes a broader measure set, such as visibility, presence, rank, prompts, citations, model strength, competitor gap, and pending Actions. Select a column heading to sort.
The page uses the last seven completed reports as its comparison window. There is no separate time-range control on Agency home. Align any single-brand check to that window before treating a difference as a data error.
Search, freshness, and quick links
Search matches client name and website. It applies to all three views. The freshness label in the header tells you when the portfolio data last loaded.
Each row menu can open Dashboard, start a pitch, send a report, open that client's Actions, or copy a client link. These shortcuts select the client brand where needed.
The portfolio pulse above the table shows average visibility, client count, Needs attention, and At risk. The Needs attention stat also opens that view.

Common questions
Why are my numbers different from the brand's own dashboard?
Compare uses the last seven completed reports as its fixed portfolio window. A brand Dashboard may be showing another period or measure. Match both before comparing values.
What's the difference between pausing and deleting a brand?
Pausing keeps the brand and its history while new reporting stops. Deletion is permanent. Use the reversible choice unless you are sure the history is no longer needed.
Why is a brand showing as "New" forever?
It needs completed reports before it gets a meaningful status. If a brand has stayed New, check that it has prompts and recent completed reports.
Why is a brand I expect to see missing?
Check your search first. Then check whether your team access is restricted, whether the brand belongs to this team, and whether it is included in the agency portfolio.
